The apartment at Entre Estuaire Et Citadelle had a fully equipped kitchen that was perfect for cooking our own meals. It felt cozy and homely, making us feel like we were staying at a friend's place.
Personally, I found the refrigerator in the kitchen a bit small for our needs. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Mind-blowing stone-built apartment with character, in a 16th-century street. Superb location near the ferry and overlooking the massive fort. Quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped, with breakfast provided. Lots of parking nearby, pet-friendly, and free wi-fi.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming stone-built accommodation in a historic 16th century street. the owner greeted us warmly and showed us to our spacious second floor apartment, accessible through a beautiful stone passageway and steps. the solid construction made the room quiet and we enjoyed a comfortable bed. the living area overlooked a quaint courtyard where we could watch chickens. the location was perfect, with a bar/wine cave at the end of the street offering a view of the impressive Citadelle. We were also conveniently close to the ferry crossing the estuary and shops, including a delightful Boulangerie. the breakfast provided, with homemade crepes and freshly squeezed orange juice, was a delicious touch. we highly recommend Entre Estuaire Et Citadelle for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: For us, it was ideal! 👍🏼.

We had a lovely stay at a studio apartment in a very convenient location in the center of a pretty and historic town. The apartment was quaint and nicely decorated, equipped with everything we needed. The host was welcoming and even provided us with breakfast for the next morning. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant recommended by the host. The apartment was also close to a charming café/wine shop that we enjoyed visiting.
On hot summer days, it would have been helpful to have a couple of movable fans for air circulation. Additionally, sitting in the apartment in the evening during a cold January was a little chilly, although the sofa was comfortable under the blanket.

Helpful owner. Quirky, equipped apartment. Stone-built, 16th-century street. Quiet room. Close to shops and a bakery.

This place is a hidden gem! The studio apartment is cozy and well-decorated, equipped with everything you need. It's located in a historic part of town with plenty of on-street parking. The host was super friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast. Don't miss out on the amazing dinner at "La Marina" just around the corner and make sure to visit the cute café/wine shop at the end of the street. The stone construction makes the room incredibly quiet and the bed is super comfortable. Plus, there's a Boulangerie nearby for fresh baguettes and croissants. The owner even allowed pets and we were able to have a relaxing bath. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern, with opening windows at both ends. The owner was prompt and friendly, and even though she couldn't meet us before 5pm, she made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast.

Great location, close to UNESCO citadel, with amazing city views. Free public parking nearby and restaurants within 200 meters. Mérignac airport is just 31 km away. WiFi available in all areas and towels provided in the apartment.
Took me forever to find the place, thanks to the confusing names and lack of proper signage.

Spacious & clean apartment, conveniently located near the ferry and citadel. The apartment had everything we needed and was well-maintained. It was great to have opening windows at the front and rear for a nice breeze. The host was friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast for the next morning. there were some great local restaurants within walking distance.
The views from the apartment were not very impressive, with one side facing a small internal court and the other side facing a derelict small-holding. It would have been nice to have access to the apartment a little earlier due to the heat.

The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra duvets for the cold January weather. The location of the apartment was excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and attractions. having windows at the front and rear of the apartment allowed for a nice through breeze.
One of the main drawbacks was the lack of proper identification for the apartment. It was quite difficult to find, especially with the confusion of other similarly named locations in the area.
